Could someone refer me to a good reference on video interfacing circuits? (Especially one that spans the analog/TV/broadcast and the computer realms.) I've looked at the standard specs for an RS-170 (?) video signal, but haven't had any luck combining the H and V syncs (TTL) with the analog video signal to produce an appropriate signal for an old CAD monitor. My first inclination was to track down the output of the sync-extractor and inject the H and V signals directly, but that was stymied by lack of schematics (though not for lack of trying). If it wasn't a large-screen monitor I wouldn't bother... thx, k(sup)2
