[net.wanted] mail and news for VAX VMS

programs that will run MAIL and NEWS on their  VAX  (non-unix)
machine.

Where can they get more information?

My VMS UUCP package will include full mail facilities and the ability
to generate and receive netnews (i.e. to become a Usenet node).
