I'm about to set up an experiment using a Keithley 570 data acquisition workstation for measurement and control. If anyone has used one of these before and has some words of wisdom, please pass them my way. Specifically, I am interested in anything that the manual didn't tell you. No flames from Keithley employees please, you make excellent equipment. The station will be controlled by a PC-AT clone. Other system elements include stepper motors, laser heaters, pressure and radiation transducers, and other sundry toys.
