I am looking for good references regarding radio frequency interference and electromagnetic compatibility, preferably ones that emphasize the phenomena and mechanisms over measurement techniques and regulation. I have Ott's book on noise reduction techniques, and would like to find more elaboration regarding digital circuit radiation and cabling. Also, any short course recommendations would be welcome.
