Texas Instruments makes a CCD imaging chip with a 165x192 array. The chip number is TC211. I have some data sheets on it which, I think, come from a Texas Instruments catalogue (dated Jan 1990). There is a "typical application circuit diagram" given, but they don't say what it does, and many of the connections are unlabelled. I would like to connect the chip to some fast RAM via an ADC, reading out data as fast as possible. Does any one know more about the application diagram, or the support chips and circuitry I would need? The support chips in the diagram are numbered TMS374, SN28846 & TL1593. -- Andrew.
