Does anyone know of any Content Addressable Memory (CAM) chips that are commercially available with reasonable size (e.g. 10s of kbits -- not like the ECL jobs used for cache comparators)? I know of AMD's Am99C10 which has 256 words of 48 bits, and have also found a "Product Announcement" from Coherent Research Inc for a CRC32256 which supposedly has 256 words of 36 bits. I have never heard of Coherent Research before -- does anyone know if this product is commercially available, or have a contact address for Coherent Research (pref. Email)? Thanks. Tim
