Nick Coyne Darmstadt Germany Hi A friend and myself are engadged in a small electronic project and we need to produce a number of identical Printed Curcuit Baords. We have been using the old etch resist pen and transferes for the one off projects before, but this requires a greater number and a more profesional end product. With the aid of a P.C. printed curcuit program we have been able to produce the front and back pcb patterns printed on paper. The only problem is to get the right printer scalling it prints out 2/1 scale. We have found a company that will produce a P.C.B with a 1/1 copy but they can't do it with a 2/1 copy. ultimatley we would like to make our own P.C.B's and would apreciate some advice on how to make a photo mask for the U.V exposure I think that a special photo paper must be used but I am not sure. If someone could give me the details of equipment needed and brand names then I am willing to give it a go. Please give me your technical support. Thanks Nick NCOYNE@ESOC.BITNET These are my views and do not nessecerily involve the views of my employer ?
