I have a PWM laser power supply (out of an old Radio Electronics Mag.) One of the diodes has bit the dust, and I cannot find a replacement. The only markings are: DL300 None of the books I have list it. It is (as far as I can tell) an avalanche diode, but I cannot find a replacement without specs. Please E-mail any help.
