I'm troubleshooting the power supply of TV converter, and by the looks of things, I may have blown a pair of voltage regulators with an input short (slip of the probe). Right now, they're both putting out 16.5 volts - smack dab in between 15 and 18. I'm wondering if they're functioning normally, and if not, what volages the two should be.
