[comp.os.misc] MAD computer missing MSDOS disks

brian (03/11/89)

This posting really belongs in comp.orphan, but we don't get that group |-)

A friend has inherited a MAD computer minus it's MSDOS disk. I think that
this machine uses a modified version of MSDOS, but it might run with a plain
version. Note that MSDOS is not PCDOS - MSDOS has some of the BIOS in RAM
instead of ROM.

Does anyone have a copy of the MAD OS, or a copy of MSDOS 2.0?

If local, I could come by and borrow.
If remote, I really only need the IO.SYS and maybe MSBIOS.SYS files which
could be uuencoded and mailed (or tarmailed).

thanks.
