I already tried this on the tek internal net and my only responses reflected INTEREST in what I dug up, but gave no leads. Therefore: I am currently looking for tools which run on UNIX that can be used to support a large project evaluation effort. The following would be useful: An automatic test-case generator that takes a C proggie and spews out test values to feed every function call. Information on bug report summarizers. We have a bug report mechanism that seems to be almost what we want, so has anyone written a statistics cruncher? A C-proggie analyzer that at least calculates the complexity and gives an idea of what sections are dangerously complex. (These provide lots of bug prediction information.) Thanks much, in the proverbial advance. Replies should be directed to tektronix!tekecs!hutch.
