Someone was asking for a VT100 emulator for the Kaypro. It's now
available from SIMTEL20 as:

VT100KAY.LBR.1 BINARY 16768 E6B3H
The LBR contains source code (written to be assembled by the public
domain Z80MR Z80 assembler, also available here), doc files, and
executable COM files.
This file is also available from my RCP/M and from GEnie's CP/M
RoundTable.
