Many of the files in the SIMTEL20 CP/M archives are also available from RCP/M Royal Oak which is a free public system with no passwords. When you log in it asks how many null characters you need (zero, usually, unless you have a terminal that is slow to scroll), and your first and last name (which is used by MINICBBS if you invoke it later). It then drops you to the A1> prompt.
