[net.wanted] Arpanet Handbook

     I am looking for a good reference to explain the workings of the Arpanet.
Somewhere I heard of a book called "The Arpanet Handbook" or something like
that.  If anyone knows where I would find this book or some other good
reference I would appreciate hearing from you.
