Anyone know a good way to get a databook or programmer's
manual for the HD64180? And is the Z280 upward compatible with it?

I was working for TRW at the time I asked for them, and wasn't given any static about paying for them. Note the '180 has bastard pin spacing in the DIP package version, sockets are hard to come by.
