Desirability is inversely related to distance from PARC (Palo Alto) and price.
My uneducated guesses are that $300-$400 is the right range. I am very flexible
in terms of roommates and such accommodations. I am male, 19 (will be 20 in
summer), nonsmoker (but I can tolerate it), and I don't throw loud parties.
