A friend has acquired a Xerox 850 without documentation or (apparently) any boot disk. He previously had a Xerox 820 but the boot disks from it won't work on the 850. I suspect, without seeing either, that the 850 uses a double-density, or double-sided, disk for booting, whereas the 820 had neither. The 850 does not have any sort of hard disk. If anyone can assist in determining what my friend has, might be interested in purchasing it, or can help get it running, please let me know.
