What's the best way of wiring a parallel cable for an Ampro Little
Board CP/M computer sans SCSI? Many thanks in advance. BTW, I
want to interface it with a centronics printer.

On the other end, place a female DB-25. Install IDC connector on board, and connect IBM parallel cable to other end. Voila!
