Subject: Housing info for Durham, NC request

     I am planning to move to the Durham area in June with a house hunting
trip after the middle of March.  I will be looking for something like a
cape cod on 5 to 10 acres with woods and a garden area.  A fireplace and
a pond would be nice, too.  Any advice, leads on houses or realtors, and
general information would be most appreciated by electronic mail.
