[net.wanted] Hang Up Phone after Log out

I would like to have the computer hang up the phone when a person
has logged off and it has been idle for some period of time. We
have PDP 11/44 V7 with able dh/dm's. I can do a 'ps -a' and
stty 0 >/dev/ttyXX but that takes my time.

To trigger a hangup of the phone after logouts, just stick a
line in crontab to send "stty hangup" to the line every hour (or
whenever you want). Alternatively, change getty so that HUP is
enabled on the line when login gets to it.
