I have a CM-8 and it works really well with my CoCo 3, but here is a suggestion from my friend, which I thought I'd pass-on. He bought the MAGNAVOX RGB 8515 monitor and writes, "It's much better (than the CM-8 or a composite monitor), plus it has composite input, so you can use all your old programs that artifact. Just hit a button on the front to switch. It also has monochrome emulation." Evidently, the Magnavox 8515 requires a special cable. MARTYGOODMAN on Delphi has some, so you can contact him. The Magnavox is NOT cheaper than the CM-8, especially after you add the cable into the price, but it seems to be slightly better. In any case, I really like the CM-8. If you want one, MicroWorld has the CM-8 for only $248 INCLUDING shipping & handling. See their ad in Rainbow. Hope this info helps! For more info, contact me, or write to my friend MIKE88 on Delphi. - ERIC -
