It's rare I use exclamation marks so you *know* this is
exciting. This is one of a couple of major developments on BIX
(Byte Information EXchange) that I've been working on lately.
As of January 1, 1988, Peter Dibble will replace me as
moderator of the 'os.9' conference on BIX! This will leave me
more time to work on the 'canada' conference. What it means
is that OS-9 will have better support than ever! Peter needs
no introduction. He is one of the most respected authorities
on OS-9 outside of Microware. He knows much more about OS-9
than I do. It means faster answers and more correct answers
to technical questions for those using OS-9. It means better
representation for OS-9 to non-OS-9 users on BIX -- who make up
one of the most potent markets in the world!
I hope to have another major announcement as well before
the New Year. BIX is going to be a very interesting place to
be!
