I've been eyeing the new Disto Super Controller II, the long-rumored no-halt controller from Disto. My question is: does anyone know if it's any good? The ad says that Kevin Darling wrote the drivers, which speaks highly of it in my book. More specifically, one of the nice things about it (potentially) is the (relatively) cheap SASI hard disk interface available for it. Does anyone out there have the Disto hard disk interface? If you have one, or have heard anything about it (good or bad), please mail me your comments. If the Disto hard disk interface is fairly good, then I'm likely to buy the no-halt controller with that in mind. If it's not, then I may try to look into a cheaper no-halt floppy controller.
