I've seen several different people mention using MODPATCH to change the name of the /dd device descriptor to /h0 so that the bootfile would look for the CMDS directory and /dd directory on the hard disk. Has anyone done this and could you tell me what you did to modify the device descriptor's name (the script for MODPATCH). Actually Mike, the better solution is to patch your /H0 descriptor so that is is called '/dd'. If you have a previous '/dd' module that points to '/d0', get rid of it. Also - if I recall correctly - the CC3Go program will attempt to locate '/h0' before anything else (I patched mine to look for '/dd' instead). Programs can be written/used in a much more portable fashion if everyone uses a '/dd' as their default device.
