[comp.sys.m6809] look for math package

jhuang@ccnysci.UUCP (Jian Huang) (04/24/89)

Thank every one who responded my reqest for the advice
about speeding up m6809. The conclusion is that Hitachi has
a 3Mhz CMOS chip 63C09 and Motarola's 2Mhz chip possibly also
can be used at that rate without problems.
Now I am looking for a assemly floating point math package
for m6809. It should have variety of functions such as arctan(x)
and be smaller than 5k. Does anyone have it or information about
this? I would appreciate any help from you.

I would also like a math library for the 6809, but I would
prefer mine written in C or Assembler for use with OS9.

I know that one was published in Rainbow a few years ago,
but I've had a few problems with it. I'd rather use one
that is public domain than take the time to write a
good one.

The kreider library has an enhanced math version - clibt.l. It's
available on the major services (CIS, Delphi) and I believe it's even
on the ListServ@PUCC (coco mailing list).
