[comp.sys.tandy] Looking for Headquarter

  I have heard that comp.sys.tandy "originates" from soem system in
Washington state, is this true?  I have also heard there are tons of
public domain stuff located there for the taking if one uses ftp
to transfer it. How do I do this? What's the name of the system?
