It's been a while since I worked with Model II Scripsit (though it remains my alltime favorite word processor), however, I recall that it has a feature for importing/exporting Ascii flat files. Of course, Scripsit has no idea what to do with soft vs. hard carriage returns, so it ends up terminating every line with a hard carraige return. Naturally, you'll have to figure out what to do with your MSDOS word processor to make it understand paragraphs. (Caveat: It seems like this feature was added to Scripsit 2.0, so if you are using an earlier version, you may be out of luck). Bill Cramer
