[comp.sys.tandy] Suppressing the TRSDOS 6.x Date Prompt

Read the section on the SYSTEM command in your TRSDOS 6.2 manual.


A touch less snidley, use the command SYSTEM (DATE=NO,TIME=NO) to
suppress both prompts.  After doing this, I believe you have to sysgen
the configuration in order to preserve it, though these two toggles
might be ones that are preserved without sysgenning; you can try it
and find out.

I've used the SYSTEM (DATE=NO) command.  You don't need to sysgen afterwords
to preserve it (just for your info.)
