I'm trying to help the principal of my daughter's school expand the memory of her Tandy 1000. (She got the machine, then bought a word processor program, then found out how much Radio Shack wanted for the memory expansion she needs to run it...) I really haven't had much exposure to Tandy computers since the Model I. I see a couple of mail-order ads in Computer Shopper selling Zuckerboards, one of which is a 256K or 512K memory expansion for about a quarter the Tandy price. Does anyone else out there have enough experience with these to tell me if they're any good? If they're not, what might be some alternatives? Please email me any replies. Thanks very much in advance. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// My employer only takes interest in the opinions I'm paid for.
