[comp.sys.tandy] Model 4 CP/M sources available?

Does anyone know if the sources for Mont Micro CP/M 2.2 (BIOS/BDOS/CCP)
(for Model 4) are available or if anyone has disassembled them ?

I would like to make some modifications to them, but don't have the time
to disassembly them myself.
