Date: 2 February 1988, 18:00:15 PST From: 7GMADISO at POMONA To: COMP-SYS-TANDY at VU-VLSI If we're talking 16MHz Compaq vs. 16MHz T4000, the difference is minimal from what I have heard, *IF* you have at least 2Meg of RAM in the T4000, due to the interleaved memory addressing. Adding the second Meg improves the speed about 20-25%, given the benchmarks I've seen.
