I have just recently acquired a 32k model 100, and I would like to use it for various jobs around the city. I do a lot of writing and such. I am interested in contacting any individuals that have one of these machines. Also I would like to find a source of software for this machine as RADIO SHAFT in canada has discontinued anything to do with this machine. If you have some programs that you would like to pass along, or if you would care to just discuss this machine please feel free to drop me a line here..... Thanks in advance Bob L Lawson

Probably the best place for M100 stuff is finding organizations that support the machine. Supposedly, there is a big Model 100 club in San Francisco. I think compuserve may have some in the tandy conference (don't hold me to this, I haven't been on compuserve for YEARS). In DC, there is a SIG in NCTCUG (National Capital Tandy Computer Users Group) which is *VERY* active with 100 stuff (if you want more info on this, mail me). Hope this helps. -- Roger Fujii - ACT, Reston, VA Phone: (703)471-9433 Internet: fujiirm@cml.rpi.edu UUCP: ..!{mimsy,sundc}!{prometheus,hqda-ai}!yendor!fujiirm

In the m100sig forum, there is about 3300 files. They are about 50 percent programs and 40 percent documentation on programs and 10 percent articles and other helpful files. There is an INDEX of all of this. It is re-generated monthly. There are four versions of the INDEX. A) one file - entire INDEX - 109000 bytes, B) spilt into four parts, C) split into about 13 parts, D) one file - only the additions since last month's INDEX. There are about 30-50 files added each month. There is just about every subject and application that you could think of. I joined Compuserve just to build a personal library of Model 100 applications/utilities/games/etc,etc. If there is something special that you are looking for, let me know. 2) There is M100 USERS GROUP called CLUB 100. They operate a BBS. The BBS has listing of Public domain software that the club sells on cassettes. I downloaded the list of programs available, I can mail it to you (or post it here). The info on the club: Club 100: A Model 100 User Group P.O. Box 23438, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 Contact: Richard Hanson (sysop) BBS phone # (415) 939-1246 (1200 baud) Worth noting: Ultrasoft Innovations, Inc. They print a M100/102/200 newsletter. Call them at (514) 487-9293. Ted G. Kekatos backbone!ihnp4!ihuxv!tedk (312) 979-0804 AT&T Bell Laboratories, Indian Hill South, IX-1F-460 Naperville & Wheaton Roads - Naperville, Illinois. 60566 USA
