[comp.sys.tandy] prices on controllers on hard disk

A friend of mine is looking for a hard drive controller for
his seagate hard drive.  He needs to know some reasonable 
prices on some controllers that are going to last him for
a while.

Which Tandy computer is the controller going to be used in?  I'd suggest 
Western Digital, Adaptec, or possibly Data Technology Corp's cards, but it
may make a difference if you're using a particular Tandy system.  I don't
know prices for the cards, but you can easily call around for those once you
have an idea what to ask for.

(Also, which drive is it for?)
