This should only work with two similar Hardcards, which should be documented
in the manual.  The Hard card is made by Western Digital, and the 25-1007
(the only kind used for Tandy external drives) is made by Xybec.  The two
were not designed to work together, although WD has designed some of theirs
to work with other WD controllers.
