FOR SALE:  Tandy 2000 Computer System

Hardware:  Tandy Model 2000 Personal Computer with 512K RAM, 2 720K floppy
           disk drives, 10-megabyte internal hard disk, 640x400 16-color
           Graphics Card, Digi-Mouse/Clock/Calendar Card, Digi-Mouse, parallel
           and serial cables
           CM-1 Color Monitor
           Tandy 2000 Computer Stand with cables

Software:  All software is 2000-specific with original disks and documentation.
           MS-DOS 2.11.03 with GW-BASIC
           Lotus Symphony
           GEM Desktop, Write, Paint, and Draw
           Microsoft Windows
           Omniterm
           Softerm 2000
           Multimate

All hardware and software is in top condition.  Computer has been regularly
maintained by Tandy specialists.

Payment by cashier check.  Entire system must be purchased as a unit - no
components will be sold separately.

If I remember this unit will not support CGA/EGA/Hercules, only a 2000
specific color mode and monochrome text. Nice, but mostly unsupported.
The bus was a good design, but nothing like the PC/XT/AT busses. This
machine runs Windows very nicely, but much of the common DOS software which
takes any advantage of the BIOS won't work. (Norton, paint, etc...)

All nice packages, but no higher version of DOS but 2.11.03? If the package
is priced reasonably, you could upgrade these packages for more
run-of-the-mill PC faire at a good price.

Regularly maintained? How often does it need maintenance?
