Can you give me a bit of help, My brother inlaw was given a 1000HX as a gift, and well having never taken the cover off..... does anyone know if its possible to install a hard disc card? (Obviously the drive would need to be external) I wonder if it is totally a redesign, or similar to the other 1000's that do accept hard drives. As usual the catalog info is vague, and doesnt even mention how much memory it has. But it does talk about adding a "dma circuit" for $149.95. I'd like to help him out if i can, a hard drive can be handy, for that tandy... 8-) . Has anyone out there "enhanced" one yet?
