So, I picked up this nice multi-pen plotter at a garage-sale, of all places, for $100. It ran a self-test with no problem, though the pens were almost dry, and not sold by local RS stores. So I used a lathe and some plexiglass tubing to create washers which allow me to use standard HP supplies. But software is a problem. None of the PC programs I have (MS Windows, Freelance) drive it. Does anybody out there know of: a) any software to drive it b) the true name of the OEM? Thanks in advance Jordan Pollack

It would help if you would give us the catalog number. RS has sold several
different multi-pen plotters over the years. If this is the one I think it
is, (big box, about 6 inches tall) it was OEM'ed from Houston Intruments.
But that doesn't mean it will have the same command set as a normal
Houston Instruments plotter...
