I've received several inquiries regarding the DeskMate Development System, but due to the extreme reliability of mail, I've been unable to reply. For information on how to receive the kit, call Dennis Tanner at (817) 390-3477 I don't know what the current price of the kit is, but Tandy is having a DeskMate devlopment seminar in Fort Worth on July 6th and 7th. The seminar includes the kit and is $250.00 per participant. The Development system includes a Microsoft C compatible library which allows you to call any of the DeskMate resources (Video Drivers, File I/O, etc.) along with a run-time version which allows you to run your program 'stand-alone'. You will need Microsoft C 5.0 or Turbo C to create a DeskMate application. John Reynolds DeskMate, it's not just another Graphical User Interface, it's my paycheck.
