This is posted for a friend. He is looking for a Pascal compiler for his CoCo. Is there any disk based CoCo Pascal system out there in the public domain? or is there a low priced one that is commercially available? All suggestions are welcome and I will post a follow up of anything useful. Thank You, -Goldfish

There is a supposedly very good Pascal for the Coco sold by Radio Shack itself -- I got one on sale for $30. Like any *serious* Coco software it requires OS9. It was made for Level 1 OS-9 but a couple of one-byte zaps will get it up on Level 2. May be discontinued and hard to find, but worth a try. This Pascal includes both a P-code interpreter and a compiler/linker to produce machine code (as in C). -- Mike Knudsen Bell Labs(AT&T) att!ihlpl!knudsen knudsen@ihlpl.att.com Round and round the while() loop goes; "Whether it stops," Turing says, "no one knows!"

Hello! I am fairly new (Account is about 30 minutes old), so if I make an error, please forgive. I have a Pascal Compiler for the CoCo (Under OS9, of course), so I KNOW there is one. I got it at the local Radio Shack for $35. Tell him to ask for it, they may be able to get it for him. Howard Wilson. attcc!hlw
