Hi, does anyone know of an easy way to stop the KEYPRESS BEEP (which is
actually key clicking, I believe)? It's pretty annoying, and I see nothing
in the setup about key clicking, only end of line beeping.
Thanks!

>Hi, does anyone know of an easy way to stop the KEYPRESS BEEP (which is >actually key clicking, I believe)? Press <SHIFT><CTRL><ENTER> (not return -- ENTER on the numeric keypad) to toggle keyclick. Other handy sorta-undocumented key combos: <CTRL><DOWN ARROW> enables smooth scrolling. There's about four different speeds selectable by using UP and DOWN arrows to speed up or slow down the smooth scroll. <CTRL><LEFT ARROW> toggles monitor mode. <CTRL><RIGHT ARROW> toggles the top status line.
