When I was at college, I was fortunate enough to have one of the better Tandy Computer Centers nearby; admittedly, most of the staff weren't terribly familiar with the Model 4, but neither did they spout off some of the inanities I've heard attributed to Tandy personnel. If they didn't know, they looked into the situation and got back to me.
