I have a 20 meg hard drive for the Radio Shack Model III/IV for sale. The unit consists of a XEBEC controller card and 2 10 meg ST-212 hard drives mounted in a case from VRDATA (Hard Disk III). The system works great. I have the LDOS drivers for the Model III Mode, but not the Model IV mode, however, they are still available from MISOSYS. It's going to take me about a week and a half to get all of my stuff off of there and converted over to (gasp) IBM format, but the drive will be up for grabs at that point. I'm asking $400, as the ST-212 drives are less than one year old (I replaced the 2 five meg SyQuest drives that were in the case, and I'll even include those as well (one is a removable and doesn't work, but it might come in handy for parts)). The good part is that if you ever upgrade to an IBM system, you could just take the two ST-212 drives out and hook them right up to an IBM controller. If interested, send offers via EMAIL to wilso_d@cs.odu.edu. I'll pay shipping.
