In response to Matt Holtz's message about accesories for the new Tandy MS-DOS computers. I, too, work(ed) for Radio Shack and received the same training (lack of) he did. Despite what most of the company reps would have us believe mostly any PC/XT compatible products will work in the 1000 TX/TL/SL with the exception of some memory upgrades for the SL. You can find many of the name brands that are sold with the Radio Shack name on them mail order for much cheaper than RS prices. Just look at the brand on peice of equipment before you sell it and buy that brand mail order. Tandy makes very few of the products they sell, most are just repackaged. I was the Computer Consultant for a Radio Shack for 3.5 years, I rarely used "genuine" Tandy peripherals in the systems I sold. If anyone has questions on specific brands or items feel free to ask me, I might have tried it. -Nathan Fullerton
