I too popped for one of the WP-2 wordprocessors. As a writer, I've been saying for years that the company who came up with a *good* portable, long-life dedicated wordprocessor for under $500, would make a fortune. It looks like Tandy is on the way. I checked out the Poquet and the Atari Portfolio. Both were so small in the keyboard that speed typing is out of the question. The WP-2 fits my bill as an electronic notebook to a "T" If anyone is interested, I can supply the pin-outs for making a cable to use for uploading text from the WP-2 to a Macintosh.
