[comp.sys.tandy] Archive sites and O/S ROM chip -- Tandy 600 info request

Are there any ROM chips bearing an O/S for the Tandy 600 laptop (to go where
the Basic ROM chip might go)?
Or are there any FTP-able 600 archives holding a rudimentary RAM-loadable O/S?
