Radio Shack has once again put the WP-2 on sale for $300. I am thinking of getting one, but I have a few questions. The first models dropped characters when you transferred data using the serial port. Radio Shack said that they would fix it. Does anyone know if they have?? Does anyone have any alternatives I should look at for an inexpensive, small wordprocessor and database machine? Can you get third party programs that run on this machine?
