Many, many thanks to those that have taken the time to point out my errors in the article I posted here a few days ago. What I know about my 16B is now greatly enhanced. The material for that article was gathered from what technical info I have, and from what I've been able to get in bits and peices from various individuals. Naturally, the Tandy info is often less than fully informative, and individuals (myself included) are occasionally wrong. If you happen to have some additional information that may be of use to other 16/6000 owners, then let's share it. I am in the process of preparing a lengthy document on these systems, and so far I've managed to accumulate material on the following topics: 6000 CPU speed increase 16B memory enhancement (256K -> 1M) Installing 5.25" 1.2M floppy drives If you know of other tricks/hints/tips/mods I'd be happy to include them (the document is written as a compilation, since my background is *not* with the Tandy systems. I am merely putting it all in one place and cleaning up format and spelling). Obtaining information on software mods and uses is another subject of interest. The final work will be made available to all that want it. Once again, thanks for the corrections. I would much rather be slightly embarressed and right, than to be secure and wrong.
