I have a Plug 'N Power (X10) to CoCo interface. I'd like to use the controller
with a non-CoCo computer; a PC, for example. However, I don't know how the
CoCo communicates with the controller. (I do know that it uses the serial
port).
Does anyone know:
- What baud rate it uses?
- What sequence of characters it recognizes as commands?
I'm hoping that it uses a standard serial makeup: 1 start bit, 7/8 data bits,
and 1 stop bit at a standard baud rate. If so then I can send it commands
from my PC.
The controller also comes with a cartridge for the CoCo... But I don't have
access to a CoCo to excercize the thing. :-(
