[comp.sys.tandy] Xenix 3.2 jove

blee@plains.NoDak.edu (Blaine Lee) (11/29/90)

I have had trouble getting jove to compile on my 6000, does anyone
have a patch for it or any advice? BTW: someone mentioned that you
have to define void as int... but if you just include types.h (like
all 'good' programers do :-) you'll be ok.

Another question: I was (finally) able to get Xenix 3.2, but I want to be
sure I do have the latest version(s). I have 3.2.0 operating system, and
3.0.1 developement system. Is this it? Or should I keep looking...

Oh yes and instilation... format hard drive(s) under 3.2, install 3.2
on drive, then install 3.0 using the 'install all' option. Is this
correct, or is there a subtlety I am missing?

Thanks!

PS: 3.1 users be on the watch for upcomming directions on how to
get kermit (2.3 users soon after that)
