The Moondog Mail-Based File Server is now back on-line. Request processing will start 7 January 1990. Fully automated response processing is scheduled to start on or about 15 January 1990. The upgraded system now has 2.25 Mb of RAM, and 110Mb of HD and cartridge storage. The file libraries are re-installed and tailored to 16/6000 executables and sources, both native and ported. Additional documentation describing an MMU mod to allow more than 1Mb of RAM is now available. As always, if you have some technical notes or tips to share, please mail them to: ...noao!coyote!moondog!archive, or archive%moondog@coyote.UUCP. If you want to find out about the MMBFS, send mail to: ...noao!coyote!moondog!server or server%moondog@coyote.UUCP with just the line 'send info' in the body of the message. I am also considering starting a mailing list for the Tandy Xenix systems. Anyone interested in contributing to such a thing? (I don't intend to write it all myself... there are others that know a hell of a lot more than I do). -John Hughes -- | John M.
